Job Description
Kel Teck Ag Ltd is seeking a motivated Service & Customer Relations Representative to support customers through service coordination, precision agriculture technology, and hands-on field work. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced seeding tools that are new to the Canadian market.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and service coordination support
- Support and service Lemken tillage & seeding equipment
- Support and service Equalizer seeding & planting equipment
- Work with cutting-edge seeding tools new to Canada
- Operate general farm equipment including tractors, sprayers, combines, seeding and tillage equipment
- Perform soil sampling and ensure accurate data collection
- Support GPS systems and precision agriculture technology
- Assist with VRafy software, including data entry and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain service records and customer information
- Travel to customer locations as required, including travel to the United States
- Safely lift and handle heavy objects
- Work independently in field-based environments
Qualifications
- Experience operating general farm equipment required
- Experience with Lemken and/or Equalizer equipment considered a strong asset
- Understanding of GPS and agricultural technology required
- Soil sampling experience or willingness to learn
- VRafy software knowledge considered an asset
- Basic software or programming skills considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract required
- Class 1 Experience with or interest in new and emerging agricultural technology
- driver’s license considered an asset
- Ability to travel within Canada and to the United States
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Wage
Wage will be determined based on experience.
